Welcome to Junk Removal Hemet, CA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://junkremoval-hemet.com) and the junk removal, hauling, and related services we provide. By accessing our website, contacting us, or scheduling a job, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. They’re here to protect both of us.
If you have questions, call (951) 799-7512. A real person who lives here in the San Jacinto Valley will answer.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or hiring us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, do not use our website or book our services.

We update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and update the date above. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

Services We Provide

What We Do

We offer residential and commercial junk removal across Hemet, East Hemet, San Jacinto, Valle Vista, Diamond Valley, Green Acres, and nearby Riverside County communities. Our work includes:

  • Furniture, appliance, and electronics removal
  • Construction debris and yard waste hauling
  • Property cleanouts (estate, hoarder, move‑out, foreclosure)
  • Light demolition and shed teardowns
  • Eco‑friendly sorting, donation, and recycling

If a specific job is outside our scope — like structural demolition or hazardous waste — we’ll tell you before we start and help you find the right professional.

 Service Area

We serve the San Jacinto Valley and surrounding areas. If you’re outside our normal routes, we’ll let you know honestly whether we can reach you. Same‑day and emergency service depend on crew and truck availability.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or stop a job if conditions are unsafe, if we discover undisclosed hazardous materials, or if the work is beyond what we can safely handle. We won’t abandon you — we’ll explain why and, where possible, refer you to someone who can help.

 Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

How We Price

We use volume‑based pricing. Our truck bed is marked in sections — quarter, half, full — and you see exactly what space your items take up. No weight‑based guessing, no fuel surcharges, no last‑minute add‑ons. We give you a firm price before we start.

Quotes given by phone, text, or in‑person walkthrough reflect what you tell us about the job. If on‑site conditions differ materially from what you described, we’ll discuss the change and agree on any adjustment before we proceed.

What Affects Price

Volume (how much truck space is used)

Weight (exceptionally heavy items like concrete or cast iron)

Accessibility (stairs, tight hallways, long carry distances)

Special disposal (refrigerant recovery, e‑waste recycling)

All disposal fees, including Lamb Canyon Landfill gate fees (currently about $60.30 per ton for routine solid waste), are included in your quote.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of the job unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and contactless tap‑to‑pay. Commercial accounts can request net‑30 invoicing. You’ll receive an electronic receipt immediately.

 Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

We schedule jobs on a first‑come basis and confirm by phone or text. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, simply to cover the crew and truck time we reserved for you.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property or the items aren’t as described, a trip fee may apply. Weather, equipment problems, or unexpected circumstances may force us to reschedule — we’ll communicate that as early as we can.

Your Responsibilities

Access and Safety

Provide safe, unobstructed access to the junk. Let us know about any known hazards — asbestos, chemicals, unstable structures, aggressive animals — before we arrive. Please secure or remove valuables, important documents, and anything you want to keep. We’re careful, but we’re not mind readers.

Ownership and Right to Dispose

You confirm that you own the items or have legal authority to dispose of them. If you’re a tenant, you confirm you have the landlord’s or property owner’s permission. You’re responsible if someone claims we removed something without proper authorization.

 Hazardous Materials

You must tell us about hazardous materials on site before we start. We cannot haul paint, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, or other items restricted by California law. If undisclosed hazardous waste is discovered during a job, we’ll stop work, and you may be charged for the time spent. We’ll provide the Riverside County Department of Waste Resources number (951‑486‑3200) so you can arrange proper disposal.

Prohibited Items

The following items cannot go in our truck under any circumstances:

  • Paint, solvents, chemical cleaners, pesticides
  • Propane tanks, fuel containers, flammable liquids
  • Asbestos‑containing materials
  • Medical, biological, or infectious waste
  • Ammunition, explosives, firearms
  • Large quantities of tires (a few may be okay — ask)

If you’re unsure, ask before we come. We’ll give you a straight answer.

Donation, Recycling, and the Environment

WWe don’t just dump everything in a hole. We sort at the curb — donation first, recycling second, landfill last. Over 60% of what we haul is diverted from the landfill through local charities and certified recyclers.

Usable furniture, appliances, and household goods go to Angel View (304 S. Sanderson Ave, Hemet) or the Salvation Army (1400 W. Florida Ave, Hemet). Both organizations provide donation receipts you can use for taxes — just ask before we leave. We comply with California SB 1383 (organic waste diversion), the Electronic Waste Recycling Act, and all Riverside County disposal rules. Once items leave your property, they’re our responsibility to handle properly.

Property Damage and Liability

Insurance

We carry full commercial general liability insurance and workers’ compensation. A certificate of insurance is available before we start. If a crew member gets hurt on your property, our policy covers it, not yours.

Care for Your Property

We use dollies, moving blankets, and floor protection. We take reasonable care to avoid damage. Normal wear from moving heavy items (like minor scuffs on a wall) can happen — we’ll point out any concerns before we leave. We’re not responsible for pre‑existing damage or structural defects we couldn’t have known about.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by California law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

SMS and Text Communications

When you text us for a quote or schedule, you consent to receive messages related to your service: quotes, confirmations, arrival notices, and brief follow‑ups. We don’t send marketing texts. Message frequency is limited to your specific job — usually a few texts over a day or two. Standard carrier rates apply.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You’ll get a final confirmation, then no more messages. Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

Everything on our website — text, photos, logos, layout — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use our content for your own commercial purposes without written permission.

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t submit fake information through our contact forms, attempt to hack or disrupt the site, or use automated scripts. We reserve the right to block access if we detect misuse.

Photos and Marketing

We may take before‑and‑after photos of jobs for quality records and marketing. We never publish names, faces, license plates, or street addresses without your explicit written consent. If you don’t want photos taken at all, just tell us in advance, and we’ll respect that.

Third-Party Links

Our site links to external resources — Angel View, Salvation Army, Riverside County Waste Resources, Google, and others. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices. Click at your own risk, and review their policies when you land there.

Dispute Resolution

We believe most issues can be solved with a phone call. If you have a concern, reach out first. We’ll do our best to make it right.

If we can’t resolve it directly, any dispute will be handled through:

  1. Direct negotiation between you and us.
  2. Mediation, if negotiation fails.
  3. Binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, under California law, as a final step.

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless our company, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misrepresentation of ownership or authority to dispose of items
  • Undisclosed hazardous materials on your property
  • Your misuse of our website

This keeps the responsibility where it belongs.

 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that the site will always be error‑free or perfectly secure, or that a job will go exactly as planned (though we aim for it). We make no warranties beyond what’s written here. Your use of our services is at your own discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action will take place in Riverside County. We comply with all applicable City of Hemet ordinances, county regulations, and state laws. We are a proud member of the Hemet–San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our business or the law evolves. The latest version will always be here, with the updated date. Continuing to use our site or services after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change is significant, we’ll place a notice on our homepage for a reasonable time.
